Most of what we build never ends up on this page. NDAs cover more than half of our finished projects. Clients in manufacturing and finance rarely want competitors to see exactly how they streamlined a process. So this isn't a full portfolio, just three deployments we can show in the open, with the client's real name and real results, instead of a blurred-out logo and "a system for the manufacturing industry." The rest of our clients, the ones you won't see on this list, include retail, finance, and professional services, simply without sign-off to publish yet.
Auresta is a platform for a hotel property, built module by module from day one, reception and bookings went live first, with more modules following in stages, the same way every project of ours ships. Auresta RCP grew out of the same project as its own product: time tracking by QR code or PIN, because the client needed something for the whole shift-based team, not just the front desk. Relay is a completely different industry: production order management for a precast concrete plant in Sanok, Poland, where the office and the factory floor finally see the same order at the same time, instead of waiting on a printout from Excel.
The filter above the list splits case studies into two groups: programs and systems built for one company's specific process, and automation and AI, meaning projects where a computer takes over repetitive work instead of running an entire process end to end. There's no public case study in the second group yet, not because we don't do that work, but because those particular projects happen to be under NDA.
If your industry doesn't match any of these three examples, that doesn't mean we haven't worked in it. It means that particular client preferred to stay anonymous. On the free first call, we can often show more, including projects that aren't on this page, as long as what we share stays between us. Just ask whether we've built something close to your industry. There's usually a reference point, even when we can't share the client's name.
All three of these projects started the same way: an agreed scope, one fixed price in writing, and a working version every week at an address the client could open and check for themselves. That's not brochure language. It's the exact process every project of ours starts with.

Why do you only show three case studies?
- Because that's how many we have written permission to show by name. Most of our projects, especially in manufacturing and finance, are covered by an NDA, clients don't want competitors seeing exactly how they improved a process.
Can I talk to this client directly?
- Sometimes, if the client agrees. For some case studies we have a reference letter available on request. Ask on the free first call and we'll see what we can arrange for your industry specifically.
Do you work in my industry, even if it's not shown here?
- Probably. The three examples on this page are hospitality and manufacturing, but our closed projects cover more industries than we can show. Ask directly on the call whether we've done something close to your case.
How long does a project like this take?
- It depends on scope. Auresta RCP's first module shipped in a few weeks; the full Auresta platform has been growing in stages over a longer stretch. Every project starts with an agreed scope and timeline before you pay anything.
Do you build these yourselves, with no subcontractors?
- Yes. The code is written by Adrian and Igor, the same people from the first call through to delivery. No subcontractor, no team that changes partway through the project.
