How much does a project cost?

MVP / web apps: from €9,000, fixed price after a 30-min scoping call. Custom/enterprise: custom quote after requirements analysis. No payment before scope is agreed.

How long does a project take?

MVP & Web Apps: 4–8 weeks. Custom/Enterprise: 2+ months. Deadline locked at scoping call. If we miss it, that's on us.

Apps: ~2 weeks after proposal signing. Custom: depends on senior availability. Usually 2–4 weeks.

Who owns the code and IP?

You. Full source in your Git from day one. Zero licensing fees. Zero vendor lock-in. Want to move the project to another team? Go ahead, the code is yours.

What stack do you use?

Frontend: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind. Backend: Node.js, Python, Supabase, Postgres. AI: Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, n8n. Mobile: React Native. Hosting: Vercel / self-hosted VPS. We pick the stack for the project, not the other way around.

What if I'm not happy after the first sprint?

First 2 weeks of an Apps project = trial. You can stop, you only pay for work actually done. No questions, no risk.

What happens after launch?

Three options: (1) handover: we hand over the code, you maintain in-house, (2) retainer: monthly flat fee, we fix bugs and small changes, (3) dedicated team: ongoing development, sprint after sprint.

Seniors or juniors on my project?

Seniors only on your project. Juniors work on internal things, not client work. You don't pay for training-on-the-job.

Can I talk to a previous client?

Yes, after mutual NDA. We introduce via email. The client decides whether they want to talk.

Poland, remote-friendly. We work UTC+1 with standard overlap for US East/West and full overlap for EU. Communication: Slack / email / weekly demo call.

VAT invoice? Payment terms?

Full VAT invoice. Payment: 50/50 split (deposit + on delivery) for small projects, monthly milestones for larger. We accept wire transfer, card, Wise for international clients.

Isn't 'we do AI' just a marketing buzzword?

Not for us. Concrete examples: a support bot that closes 70% of tickets, PDF data extraction in 30s instead of 5 minutes manual, internal doc search that actually works. No conference demos. Measured ROI within 30 days of deployment.
