Notes from the build
No filler. Honest takes on what business software really costs, how to split it into stages, and the calls that make or break a launch.
This blog isn't written by a marketing team, because this company doesn't have one. It's written by the owners, who write the code themselves and take the free first calls themselves, so you won't find vague talk about digital transformation, buzzwords, or promises with nothing behind them. Every longer post comes from a real question a client asked on a call or over email, before they signed anything.
Most posts answer one question people type into Google and rarely get an honest answer to: how much does this actually cost. Not numbers pulled out of thin air, but figures from real projects and what pushes them up or down. If you're still testing whether an idea holds up, start with the cost of an MVP. If repetitive work is eating your team's week and you're wondering whether automation is worth it, check how much n8n automation costs. If you're weighing whether to bring AI into a system you already run, read about the cost of AI integration.
Beyond cost, we write about the decisions that come before a contract: a first working version versus a full system from day one, a fixed price versus hourly billing, and how to structure a project so it doesn't end in surprise add-on invoices. Longer posts end with a short FAQ, so if you're short on time you can jump straight there.
This English section is smaller than the Polish one on purpose. We translate what matters most to clients outside Poland first and grow it from there, rather than machine-translating everything on day one just to pad out a list.
If you're reading this from outside Poland: everything on this list applies to remote clients too. We work with companies across the EU, the US and the UK the same way we work with companies down the road from our office in Krosno: one weekly working version, one fixed price in writing, and the same people on every call from the first one to the last.
New posts show up when we finish another project and have something real to share, not on a fixed editorial calendar. Can't find the answer to your question yet? Write to us directly. We answer ourselves.

The Script Didn't Hate AI. It Hated the @ Character.
Correcting our own number: 3,977 nodes across 759 files, erased by a package-name rule rather than an AI filter, and where the original types still exist.

A Coding Agent Erased n8n's AI Agents. We Found the Commit.
An autonomous coding agent's commit quietly erased the real configuration of 92.6% of AI agent nodes in n8n's most-cited public workflow dataset.

The 97% n8n Statistic Has No Source. We Measured It Instead
The 97% figure travels through n8n content with nothing behind it. We traced its origin and measured 2,403 public n8n workflows. Here are the numbers.

What actually goes into an MVP built in 4-8 weeks: auth, payments, an admin panel, a backend and database, AI integrations, what gets cut, how long it takes.
