FAQ about the scoping call

How long is the scoping call?
30 minutes standard. If the project is complex (AI platform, enterprise): 45-60 min. Always scheduled in advance.
What to prepare?
Nothing formal. Just: what you're building, for whom, approximate deadline, who decides on your side. The rest comes out in conversation.
Who runs the call?
One of the two SEVENEDGE founders. Zero sales team, zero account managers. You're talking to the person who'll technically run your project.
Will I get a proposal right after?
Fixed scope + fixed price range: 24-48h after the call, as a document. Fixed price exact: after full scoping document (1-2 weeks for larger projects).
What if my needs aren't clear yet?
That's fine, often the case. On the call I'll help you concretize MVP scope. If more work needed, I'll propose a separate workshop (paid, but credited against the project if we go forward).
Can we sign an NDA before the call?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA. Request it in the form or via email, we sign before the conversation.
