Cookie Policy

1. Who is responsible for cookies
The controller of data collected with cookies and similar technologies on sevenedge.pl is Adrian Hunia, a sole trader doing business under the registered business name “SEVENEDGE ADRIAN HUNIA”, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP (tax ID) 6842688170, REGON 544617676, address: ul. Spacerowa 31, 38-420 Kombornia. Contact: e-mail contact@sevenedge.pl. Our Privacy policy describes in detail how we process personal data.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. Browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and scripts that read information from the device (e.g. screen resolution) and send it to a server work in a similar way. In this policy we call all of these technologies “cookies”.
Under Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 we store and read information on your device without consent only where this is strictly necessary for the website or a service you request to work. For all other cookies we ask for your consent in the banner.
3. How to give or change your consent
On your first visit we show a banner with two options: “Accept all” (consent to the analytics and advertising cookies described in sections 4.2 and 4.3) and “Only necessary”. Each decision takes one click; declining does not limit your use of the website.
You can change your decision at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Withdrawing consent deletes our analytics and advertising cookies from your browser (including _ga*, _gcl*, sevenedge_attr, sevenedge_gclid, sevenedge_vid, sevenedge_sid) and stops data being sent to analytics tools. We remember your decision for 12 months; after that we will ask again.
You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may make some features harder to use (e.g. logging in to the panel).

As part of analytics we also measure on-page events, e.g. scrolling, button clicks, starting to fill in a form, abandoning a form field (without its content), engagement time, clicking a phone number or an e-mail address. This data is sent to our server and to Google Analytics only after you consent.
Before you consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all — your browser does not connect to Google Analytics servers.

We store the ad click identifier from the page address only after you consent; without consent we do not attach it to an enquiry sent through a form.
4.4. Server-side measurement
After you submit a form, we may send Google Analytics information about the conversion (e.g. “enquiry sent”) directly from our server (Measurement Protocol). We do this only if you have consented to cookies; we then send the identifier from the _ga cookie and the event name, without the form content and without contact details.
4.5. What we do not use
We do not use cookies to link your activity across other websites (cross-site tracking), apart from the Google tools described above. We currently do not use Plausible Analytics or the Meta pixel; if we enable them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
5. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data from Google cookies goes to Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of the European Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We store the data of our own analytics on our servers in Poland (OVH). More: Privacy policy, sections 4 and 5.
6. Changes
We announce changes to the list of cookies by updating this policy. If we add cookies requiring consent in a new category or change their purpose, we will ask for your consent again.
