Auresta
Complete hotel management system — from reception through SPA and kitchen to fiscal printer and Channel Manager.
01—Objectives
Project objectives
One system instead of many
Reception, POS, SPA, kitchen, inventory and invoicing in a single app, with no data re-entry between tools.
Automatic OTA sync
Reservations from Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb land in the system on their own, with no manual re-typing from portals.
Real-time kitchen
Restaurant and bar orders reach the kitchen screen the moment they are placed.
Inventory without manual fixes
Raw materials deduct from recipes automatically on every POS sale.
Full financial picture
A single guest account ties together POS, SPA, bar and restaurant, and fiscalization runs through the Novitus printer.
Owned booking channel
A booking widget on the hotel site reduces dependence on OTA commissions.
02—Client
About the client
Auresta is SEVENEDGE's own, rebrandable hotel system (PMS) — reception, POS, SPA, inventory and channel manager in a single application, deployed in hotel properties. The first pilot property is a hotel with its own SPA, restaurant and bar that serves individual guests and groups and sells rooms through Booking.com and Airbnb as well. The product here is Auresta; the pilot hotel is the property where the system went live in production.

03—Process
Process
- 1
Mapping operations
We mapped every hotel process, from check-in to settling a banquet, and decided which modules had to share data.
- 2
PMS core and reception
We built the database across 120 PostgreSQL tables, the reception panel with check-in/out and housekeeping, and the guest account as a shared settlement point.
- 3
POS, kitchen and fiscalization
We added the POS register, a Kitchen Display System and the Novitus fiscal printer in two modes, direct LAN and fiscal-bridge.
- 4
SPA, inventory and events
We delivered the SPA panel with staff schedules, inventory with PZ, WZ, MM and correction documents and recipe deductions, and the banquet and conference module.
- 5
Integrations and automation
We connected the Channel Manager via Channex.io with iCal import, the booking widget, IoT thermostats (Home Assistant, Milesight WT101) plus SMS and email.
- 6
Production rollout
We launched VAT invoicing with numbering, JPK export and PDF generation, and handed the system over in multi-tenant mode.
04—Challenge
Challenges
Fiscalization was the hardest part. Novitus printers often sit on a network the POS cannot reach directly, so we handled two print modes with an automatic fallback. The second challenge was tying inventory to recipes so that every POS line deducted the right raw materials in real time, without stalling the register under heavy load.

05—Outcome
Business outcome
The hotel replaced several separate tools with a single system. Booking.com and Airbnb reservations sync automatically via Channel Manager. The kitchen sees orders on screen within a second of placement. Inventory deducts raw materials automatically on each POS order based on recipes. The owner has a complete financial picture — from the fiscal register to a guest account linking POS, SPA, bar and restaurant charges under a single invoice at check-out.
Solid work from start to finish. I knew what I wanted but couldn't translate it to a website — they got it. Site works, clients are coming in.
