We buildsoftware for companiesthat give you time back.
What your company does by hand today, on paper and in Excel, we turn into a program that does it itself. Less retyping, fewer mistakes, more time for the work that earns.
- Free first call
- Fixed price before we start
- The code and data are yours
- Go-live from 4 weeks

Software that gives time back.
No beginners on your project. No subcontractors. We write it ourselves, two owners, from the first call to go-live. Plain, no corporate theater.
What we help with day to day.
Four things we do most often. Always fitted to the company, no ready-made boxes and no features nobody uses.
Business software
Orders, production, warehouse, documents. What sits in Excel, emails, and on paper today, we tie into one program that runs the work from order to payment.
Automation & AI
The computer takes over the grind. Retyping data from PDFs, issuing documents, replies to repeat emails. You approve, the rest happens by itself.
Ongoing care
After go-live you're not on your own. Fixes, small changes, and watching over it all so everything runs. You call the people who wrote the program.
Rollout plan
Not sure where to start? In 5 days we write out what to build, how long it takes, and what it will cost. The plan stays with you, even if we don't go further.
How it works step by step.
Every week we show what we did. Scope and price agreed in writing before we start. The code and data are yours from day one.
Call
About 30 minutes, free and with no obligation. You tell us how the company works and what eats the most time. We tell you what makes sense and what doesn't.
Plan
We write out what the software should do, show screen sketches, and give one fixed price in writing. You decide with no pressure.
Build
Every Friday you see a working version, not a slideshow. You give feedback, we fold it in the same week.
Launch
We put the software live in your company, train your people, and stay on call. We keep developing it together, or hand it over and you run it yourself.
Client testimonials
Zero paper
The rollout didn't disrupt the hotel, and our employee data stays with us. The system runs entirely on our own infrastructure, GDPR-compliant, which genuinely matters at our headcount. A minor technical issue was resolved the same day.Ryszard SkotnicznyHospitality · Dwór Kombornia Hotel & SPA
What is manual work costing you?
Retyping, sticky notes, babysitting a spreadsheet. Move the sliders and see what it costs your company every month.
On average, per person. We'll add up the whole team's time ourselves.
Gross pay plus employer contributions. Usually €9–14.
a month — that's about €5,400 a year. And that's before the cost of mistakes and rework you can't put on a slider.
Automating this work usually pays for itself in 5-11 months. We do the exact math on a free call, on your numbers.
That's not the price of software. It's the price of going without.
See how to win it backOne number. No surprises.
We don't bill by the hour. After a free call you get one price in writing and it doesn't change. If something new comes up along the way, we agree the amount first, then build. Payment in installments, by stage.
Not sure what scale you're working at? First work out what manual work is costing you.

- Rebuilds of existing systems
- Ongoing care and development
- Work by stage, payment by stage
- A clear answer if it's not for us
* Estimates from typical rollouts. We do the exact math on a free call, on your numbers.
Example: someone on your team retypes data from emails for 10 hours a week. At a full cost of 60 PLN an hour, the company pays around 2,600 PLN a month for it, over 31,000 PLN a year. The automation that takes it over usually pays for itself in 2-4 months, then works for free. On a free call we run this math on your own numbers and give you one fixed price in writing.
Straight answers. Plain and simple.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on how much the software has to do, so we don't keep a single price list. After a free call you get one fixed amount in writing and it doesn't change. Payment is in installments, by stage. You pay nothing before we agree exactly what we're doing and for how much.
How long does a project take?
A first version is usually 4 to 8 weeks. Larger builds: 2 months and up. We set the deadline at the start and stick to it. If a delay is down to our work, we make it up at our own cost and the price doesn't change. All we need from you is timely answers to our questions, we handle the rest.
When can you start?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks after you accept the offer, depending on when we free up from another project. If your timeline is tight, tell us right away and we'll work out what's realistically doable.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code and data land with you from day one. No licensing fees, no dependence on us. Want to hand the project to another team one day? Take the code and go, it's yours.
Can this be financed with a grant?
Often yes. There are national and regional programs for digitalizing companies, including FENG and KPO, and they're aimed at companies operating in Poland. We don't run the applications for you, but we prepare the scope and quote in a form you can attach to an application, and we point you to where to look for support. Ask about it on the free call.
What technologies do you work with?
Modern, proven technologies: Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, and for AI, Claude and OpenAI. For phones, React Native. We choose the technology to fit the project, not the other way around. What matters is that the program is fast and easy to maintain.
What if the collaboration isn't a fit after the first few weeks?
We work in stages and bill per stage. Every week you see a working version, not a slideshow, and the code and data are yours from day one. If you don't want to go further after any stage, you simply don't order the next one and you keep what already works.
What happens after go-live?
You have three options. We hand over the code and you maintain it yourself. Or we take the program under ongoing care for a monthly fee, handling fixes and minor changes. Or we keep developing it together, step by step.
Are experienced people working on my project, or beginners?
Only the company's owners work on your project, both of us coding for years. The person you meet with then writes the code. You don't pay for anyone's learning and you don't go through middlemen.
Can I talk to one of your past clients?
Yes, once we sign a mutual confidentiality agreement. We'll put you in touch over email. It's the client who decides whether they want to talk.
Where is the team based?
In Poland, working remotely. We're from the Podkarpacie region. We keep in touch over phone, email, and a weekly call with a progress demo.
Do you issue a VAT invoice? How does payment work?
Yes, a full VAT invoice. Payment in installments, by stage. We accept bank transfer, card, and BLIK, and Wise for international clients.
Isn't “doing AI” just a buzzword?
Not with us. We point to concrete deployments: reading data from a PDF in a couple of seconds instead of retyping it by hand, documents issued automatically, a search across company documents that genuinely works. The results show up in the numbers within a month of go-live.
