Q.1Why no detailed price list?
Because every project is different. A €4.2k MVP and a €60k web app can both be 'an MVP' depending on scope. We give you a fixed number after a 30-minute scope call — not a 'starting from' that triples on the first invoice.
Q.2What does the scoping call cost?
Nothing. The call is free, the written proposal is free. You only pay once we both agree on scope and price.
Q.3What if scope expands mid-build?
We write a new proposal for the extra scope. Fixed price, clear delta, signed before we touch the code. Never a bigger invoice without a new signed document.
Q.4Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Standard split is 30% on signing, 30% at midpoint demo, 40% on go-live. Larger projects can be split into more milestones.
Q.5Currency, VAT, invoicing?
EUR or PLN. Polish VAT-registered (NIP). For EU clients with valid VAT ID we apply reverse charge. Invoices in English or Polish, formats your accountant expects.
