Because the same name can mean a completely different scope. One 'business program' is a week of work, another is three months. So first a short, free call, then one fixed price in writing that doesn't change.

Nothing. The call is free, and so is the written quote. You pay only once we agree on scope and price.
Q.3What if something new comes up along the way?
We agree the amount for the new item first, in writing, before we start it. Never a bigger bill without agreeing it beforehand.
Q.4Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Payment goes in installments, by stage. Larger projects we split into more stages.
Q.5Currency, VAT, invoicing?
Złoty or euro. A full VAT invoice. For EU clients we apply reverse charge. Invoices in Polish or English.
