Car&Go
Booking system and fleet panel for the Car&Go car rental in Warsaw
A site where the rental company shows every car it owns and takes bookings, and a panel where it runs the fleet and the price lists itself
Project objectives
A specific car, not a class
The customer books exactly the car they see in the photos, with its own specs, equipment and calendar.
A price for the chosen dates
Once the days are picked, the site prices the rental straight from the company's price list, and renting for a week or a month costs less per day than for a few days.
Bookings go straight to the office
A booking lands in the panel with a number and a status, the customer gets the number by email, and the office confirms it with one click.
The whole fleet in one view
The schedule shows every car at once: bookings from the site, rentals arranged outside the system and service breaks.
Changes without a developer
Cars, photos, each car's rates and the site's text, in Polish and English, the staff change themselves in the panel.
Visibility in Google
Pages for every car in the city and for monthly rental, 7-seaters, Chopin Airport and automatic cars, plus Polish-language pages for 18 Warsaw districts.
About the client
CAR & GO Sp. z o.o. is a car rental company in Warsaw. The fleet is a set of specific cars, from city cars to a BMW 5 Series and a Mercedes Viano, rented by the day, week and month, handed over at the office, at Chopin Airport or at an address of the customer's choice. The previous site ran on an off-the-shelf template and did not show the actual fleet. The SEVENEDGE team designed and built the new carngo.pl site together with a fleet management panel, without subcontractors, and keeps developing it after launch.

Process
- 1
Mock-up
The client approved the mock-up of the new site before any programming began, and their comments on the visual design went into the next version of the mock-up.
- 2
Fleet and car pages
We loaded the fleet into the database with specs and photos from a shoot of each vehicle. During the import a car went live only with a full set of real data, and the panel will not publish a car without a photo.
- 3
Calendar, price and bookings
Each car got a calendar with booked dates, a service buffer and a minimum number of days, a price calculated for the selected dates from the company's price list, a choice of hand-over place and a booking with a number sent by email.
- 4
Fleet panel
We built a panel with the fleet, price lists, a schedule of every car, bookings with statuses, customer enquiries and editing of the site's text in both languages.
- 5
Insurance calculator
Rental insurance was added as well. The calculator next to the cars that offer it works out a price that depends on the driver's age and shows the reduced deposit, and the staff set the rates in the panel.
- 6
Local SEO
We added Polish-language pages for 18 Warsaw districts, city pages for each car with comparisons against other cars in the fleet and a table of every engine version in that model's generation, offer pages and a Polish-language blog, together with structured data for Google and AI assistants.
- 7
Launch
We set the site up on a server with a database backup before every migration, carried out a security review against the OWASP Top 10, added spam protection to the forms and connected Google Analytics 4 with a cookie consent banner.
Challenges
The price list took the most care. The company has its own table of prices for every rental length from 5 to 30 days, and in the panel each car also has day, weekend, week and month rates. The engine takes the cheaper of the two quotes, the customer never pays more than the plain daily rate would come to, and lowering any rate never raises the price of any dates. Tests guard all of this. The second challenge was data: a car page promises a specific vehicle, so a car without photos stays a draft instead of going live with filler. The third was the domain. The client's previous site was still running on carngo.eu, so the new site launched on carngo.pl and switched off nothing that was working.

Success factors
Deployment status
The site has been live on carngo.pl since 22 September 2026 and indexed by Google since 29 September. Every car has a page with photos of that vehicle, a calendar and a price for the selected dates, and each booking lands in the panel with a number and a status. The staff add a new car, photos or a change to a car's rates in the panel themselves, with no code changes. Together with the system the client received the rights to it and the source code, so it is not tied to a closed platform or licence fees. The cooperation continues after launch and we keep developing the site, including its visibility in Google. We do not quote sales results, such as the number of bookings or traffic from Google, until we have gathered them with the client over a longer period. We do not publish figures pulled from thin air.
The new portal replaced our previous site, built on an off-the-shelf template, which did not show our actual fleet. Today we have our own system, built around the way our company works.
The work went in stages under the agreed offer, and we could follow the progress in a working version of the site. Contact was direct and fast. We talked to the people who design and build the system, with no intermediaries. Together with the system we received the rights to it, so we are not tied to a closed platform or licence fees.
We recommend SEVENEDGE to companies that need a system fitted to their business rather than another template site. They are a contractor who understands how a company makes money, sticks to what was agreed and stays with the client after launch.
