The nine services below aren't a price list with fixed packages. They're a map of how working with us usually goes, from a first idea through a working program to ongoing care once it's live. You don't need to know which service you need before you start. Most clients begin with one item on this list and, partway through the first call, it turns out a different one fits better, or that two should be combined. The whole list follows one rule: we work out what actually solves your problem first, and only then talk about scope and timeline.
If you're still testing whether an idea holds up, start with the first version of your program: a working app in 4 to 8 weeks, built around what actually matters, with no bloated scope. If your company runs more than one process and needs roles, permissions, and connections to the systems you already use, look at a bigger system built around your business. And if the real problem isn't a missing program but repetitive work people still do by hand despite already owning the tools, check automation and AI: there, a computer takes over the work instead of just speeding it up.
A separate group covers ready-made systems for specific industries: made-to-order manufacturing, precast concrete, and hospitality. These aren't shrink-wrapped software bought off a shelf. They're our own platforms, Relay and Auresta, adapted to your process and rolled out module by module, starting with whatever hurts the most.
The ninth item on the list, a funded implementation plan, covers a slightly different situation: you already have funding approved for digitalization and need to choose a vendor through an open procedure. We help write the scope of work to match the grant's requirements, then build the program on exactly the schedule the funding agreement sets.
