SevenOS data deletion instructions
Version 1.0 of 2 October 2026
SevenOS is SEVENEDGE's client panel. A client can connect their Facebook Page to it to prepare and publish posts and replies to comments. A person approves every piece of content before it is published.
This page explains what data SevenOS obtains from Facebook, how to disconnect SevenOS yourself and how to request deletion of your data.
1. Who processes the data
The data is processed by Adrian Hunia, a sole trader doing business under the registered business name “SEVENEDGE ADRIAN HUNIA”, entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP (tax ID) 6842688170, REGON 544617676, address: ul. Spacerowa 31, 38-420 Kombornia (“SEVENEDGE”, “we”, “us”). To request deletion, write to contact@sevenedge.pl.
2. What data comes from the Facebook integration
When a client connects their Facebook Page, SevenOS obtains the following data through the Facebook integration.
- access tokens,
- the Page identifier and name,
- the content of posts and comments needed to prepare and publish replies,
- drafts prepared in SevenOS.
SevenOS acts on behalf of the client who connected their Page.
3. How to disconnect SevenOS yourself
You can do this at any time, without contacting us.
- Log in to Facebook.
- Go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business integrations.
- Find SevenOS in the list and choose Remove.
After you remove it, SevenOS loses access to your Page immediately. To delete the data already stored in SevenOS, send the request described in section 4.
4. How to request deletion of your data
- Write to contact@sevenedge.pl. Use the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Give the name of your Facebook Page. If the data is your comment under a post on a client's Page, give your Facebook profile instead.
- We confirm receipt of your message by e-mail.
- We delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm completion by e-mail.
A person who commented on a client's Page can also contact the owner of that Page. We will act on the owner's deletion instruction as well.
5. What remains
We do not delete data that we are required by law to keep, for example invoices. Such data is not covered by a deletion request. For details on how we process data, see the Privacy Policy.
