SEVENEDGE is two senior founders. We build software for startups, scale-ups, and local businesses. We run every project ourselves, from scoping to production. No juniors, no account managers, no fake 'partners' taking cuts.
How it started
SEVENEDGE was founded in late 2024 by two senior developers tired of watching clients pay for juniors learning on their projects. In big agencies this is the norm: code bounces around an 8-person team, each member gets 2 weeks to understand what they're touching.
Instead: 2 senior founders, each with 5+ years of experience, running the project end-to-end. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. Client gets the code in their Git from day one.
Today we build web apps, MVPs, AI automations, and e-commerce for clients in Poland, EU, US, and UK. Slowly. Deliberately. With a say in who works with whom.
Senior engineers, no juniors
Two founders, both full-stack. Backend, frontend, APIs, MCP integrations, DevOps, databases, AI. We do all of it ourselves, from the first call to production. No subcontractors, no juniors, no account manager in the middle. The same two people run the software house and the websites at sites.sevenedge.pl.

Backend, APIs, MCP integrations, databases and AI. Plus sales and the business side: the first call, scoping, pricing, client contact. Full-stack, so he jumps into the frontend and DevOps when needed. He runs a project from brief to production himself, with no handoff to a junior.
Igor Panek
Co-founder · design, frontend, DevOps
Design, frontend and DevOps. He designs the interfaces, builds them in React/Next.js and ships them to production: CI/CD, hosting, monitoring. Full-stack like Adrian, so backend and APIs are within reach too. One point of contact from mockup to a working deploy, on the software house and the websites.

Full source code in your Git from day one. Zero licensing fees, zero vendor lock-in. Want to move the project? Take it and go.

Transparent ranges before the scoping call, fixed price after. Zero hidden costs, zero 'something came up' surcharges. What we agree on — we deliver.
Weeks, not quarters
MVP in 4-8 weeks. Website in 10 days. If someone offers you 6 months for an MVP — they either don't know what they're doing, or know too well how to bill by the hour.

No 6-month 'pilots'. We start with one workflow and measure ROI within 30 days. Real outcomes, not conference demos.
Partnership over one-offs
Best projects are continuations — MVP → v2 → scale. After launch we stay (retainer or dedicated team) if you want. Clean handover is also an option, no drama.
