Four free tools to check yourself

Most software company websites have one contact form and a quiet hope that someone fills it in. We'd rather give you something to work out for yourself first, before you even decide whether it's worth writing to us. The four tools below do exactly that: they calculate, diagnose or check something, based on what you already know about your company, with no judgment and no push for your contact details. Each one also shows how we think about your problem before we've even spoken, so it's more than a toy bolted onto the page.

Each one works the same way: you click or drag a slider, and the result shows up right on screen, with no page reload and no waiting for a consultant to reply. No email at the start. Only if you want to, you can leave your contact details afterwards, to get an extended version of the result or talk through what it means, and nothing goes anywhere without your say-so.

The loss calculator works out what manual work is costing you today, from headcount, hours a week and an hourly rate. The process audit goes further: six questions about how you work today, and in return you get a cost, a diagnosis of four weak points, and one specific recommendation. The project configurator shows a sample scope and a rough build time, depending on what the software needs to do. The KSeF audit checks whether your invoicing actually runs without gaps, not just on paper, through five questions about what happens to an invoice after it's issued.

All four give ballpark figures, based on what we see in similar companies, not on your actual financial or accounting data. None of them shows an implementation price, because we always work that out together, on a free call, once we know your process. If a result gets you curious, that call is a natural next step, but none of these tools push you into it. The exact math and one fixed price in writing only come after that call, on your numbers, not the ones from a slider.
