A time-tracking system that stays on your own server

A ready, deployed time & attendance system instead of building from scratch. Overtime and night hours count themselves, employees clock in with a QR code or PIN, and HR data never leaves the company.

Deployed and running at Dwór Kombornia. Compliant with the Labour Code and GDPR. Runs on your own infrastructure.

Paper loses hours, Excel multiplies errors

While there are only a handful of people and everyone sits in one place, a paper attendance sheet is enough. The trouble starts with shifts, multiple roles and work away from the office.

  • Overtime counted by hand at month-end means errors and payroll disputes.
  • Nobody can tell from home who actually showed up, who was late and how many hours have piled up this month.
  • A static card or a shared code can be handed to a colleague, so a punch does not prove that person was at work.
  • HR data in someone else's cloud with no processing agreement is a real risk during an inspection.

A ready RCP system, not an experiment on your company

Auresta RCP is a carved-out, production time-tracking module that already runs at a client. We do not build it from scratch on your project, we deploy a proven solution and fit it to your process.

Employees clock in and out at a kiosk, hours count themselves, and a finished monthly report goes straight to accounting. All on your own company server.

It works where people run on shifts

Auresta RCP runs time tracking at Dwór Kombornia, a property with several dozen reception, kitchen, SPA and service staff who work in shifts and across different roles. Paper attendance sheets are gone. The chief accountant keeps complete records, monthly reports and attendance monitoring remotely. HR data stays on the client's own server, held together by a full GDPR package.

It is the same setup that works in manufacturing, hospitality, warehousing and field services. Everywhere there are enough shifts, roles and people that counting by hand costs real time.

The HR panel counts regular hours, 50 and 100 percent overtime and night work. No manual Excel.

What mattered most to us is that the system runs entirely on our own infrastructure. Employee data stays with us and the whole thing is GDPR-compliant.

For companies where counting time can no longer keep up

RCP pays off fastest where people work in shifts and across many roles:

  • Manufacturingsmall and mid-size plants where time records are part of the shop-floor flow.
  • Warehousing and logisticsshifts, crews and work across several areas at once.
  • Hospitality and shift-based venuesfront desk, kitchen, floor and service settled together.
  • Construction and field-service companiescrews on sites and at clients, not at a single desk.

There is also a boundary and we say it plainly. If you have a handful of people in one office from 9 to 17, a simple spreadsheet may be enough. RCP steps in when shifts, roles and headcount make manual settlement cost hours and cause disputes.

Remote view of attendance and an employee PIN punch, with nothing to install on a computer
Attendance, lateness and hours can be checked remotely, from anywhere.

What the system takes off your plate

No more manual counting

Regular hours, 50 and 100 percent overtime and night work count automatically, with Polish holidays and the right timezone.

A punch you can trust

Login with a single-use, short-lived QR code or an individual PIN ends clocking in for an absent colleague.

Works offline too

The terminal queues punches on weak WiFi and syncs them once the network is back, so no entry is lost.

A report straight to accounting

A ready monthly record in a format HR will accept, with no re-typing into another spreadsheet.

Data stays with you

On-premise deployment. Records and HR data sit on the company server, not in someone else's cloud.

Full GDPR from day one

Retention, right to erasure, employee data export, a privacy notice and a data processing agreement.

Insight from anywhere

Check attendance, lateness and hours remotely, with nothing to install on a computer.

GDPR-compliant time tracking, enforced acceptance of a versioned privacy notice
A full GDPR package as standard: privacy notice, data export and the right to erasure.

A difference you feel in the billing and in the contract

  • Data with you, not the vendor

The system sits on your server. You do not hand HR data to someone else's cloud.

  • No fee per employee

You do not pay monthly per head. Growing the company does not inflate a licence bill.

  • Tailored to your process

We fit the system to how your company really works, not the other way around.

  • A verifiable reference

We show a working deployment at a named client, with a reference letter, not empty promises.

  • We roll out in stages

We start with what delivers the fastest effect, to lower the entry barrier.

From a conversation to a working system

  1. A demo and a talk about your process. We show the system live and listen to how you count time today.

  2. Choosing the first scope. We take what delivers the fastest effect, for example just the records with a report to accounting.

  3. Deployment on your server and team training. Day-to-day use is picked up in a few days.

  4. Expansion at your pace, if and when you need it.

Staging lowers the entry barrier. We set the scope and the quote after the demo, once we know where to start.

Frequently asked questions

Q.1Is the system compliant with the Labour Code and GDPR?

Yes. It counts 50 and 100 percent overtime and night hours, handles absence types from the Labour Code, and the whole thing meets GDPR: retention, right to erasure, employee data export and a processing agreement. On-premise deployment means HR data stays on your server.

Q.2On-premise or cloud?

We deploy on-premise, on your company server. Data does not leave the organisation, and you do not depend on someone else's cloud or a per-employee licence.

Q.3How does it count overtime and night hours?

Automatically. The engine settles regular hours, 50 and 100 percent overtime and night work, with Polish holidays and the timezone, and a ready monthly report goes to accounting.

Q.4How big does a company need to be for this to make sense?

Usually from a dozen or so employees up, where there are shifts and many roles. A handful of people in one office will often do with a simpler tool, and we say so plainly.

Q.5How does login stop clocking in for a colleague?

Employees log in with a single-use, short-lived QR code or an individual PIN. A static card cannot be passed on as a screenshot.

Q.6How long does deployment take?

It depends on scope. We start from the first module that delivers the fastest effect, and expand in stages.

Q.7Can the data be exported and handed to a payroll system?

Yes. You export the records in a readable format. You are not held hostage by the vendor.
