Job and tender monitoring that reads for you and leaves you what fits.
SevenOS checks Useme, Oferia, Facebook groups and the Polish Public Procurement Bulletin. It rates every listing against your business: does it fit, how well and why. Only what is worth reading lands in the panel, and you hear about the best ones on Telegram right away.
Example: listings from four sources rated for a studio that builds websites and online shops. The ones that fit get a percentage score, and every listing gets a one-sentence reason.
- Useme: WooCommerce online shop for a bicycle parts wholesaler 94% fits
Shop with stock import from a file, budget within the studio's range.
- Facebook: I build cheap websites fast, message me rejected
A contractor advertising, nobody is looking for one.
- Public tenders (BZP): Heating oil supply for schools in the municipality rejected
CPV codes outside the business profile.
- Public tenders (BZP): Maintenance and development of a municipal website 93% fits
CPV 72413000-8 in the profile, bids due in 13 days.
- Oferia: Rewrite 40 posts for a company blog rejected
Copywriting, not a website or a shop.
- Facebook: Looking for someone to build a physiotherapy clinic website 89% fits
A client looking for a contractor, the region matches.
- Useme: Logo and business cards for a bakery rejected
Graphic design, outside the studio's scope.
- Useme: Shop integration with a wholesaler via API 86% fits
Shop plus integration, a specific brief, budget given.
Every day there are more jobs posted than anyone can read
Our measurements from September 2026 in the sources SevenOS checks. We counted BZP tenders from 17 to 23 September.
- around 500 contract notices a day in the Polish Public Procurement Bulletin
- around 45 new jobs a day on Useme
- 140 to 210 posts a day in Facebook groups
- 3 to 14 in 100 listings fit the profile of a single business
| Monday | 396 |
|---|---|
| Tuesday | 497 |
| Wednesday | 514 |
| Thursday | 582 |
| Friday | 512 |
| Saturday | 7 |
| Sunday | 4 |
There are hardly any notices at the weekend. On weekdays there are so many that nobody gets through them without a CPV filter.
A fast reply gives you the edge
On Useme and in groups, clients often pick from the first offers that come in. To be among them you have to keep checking several places at once, and that eats the day.
- You go through Facebook groups, and between requests for a contractor you keep hitting ads from other contractors.
- Something new keeps appearing on Useme, but most of it is not your trade.
- You go through the procurement bulletin once a week, so tenders with short deadlines slip away.
- Enquiries end up in email, Messenger and a notebook, and a week later nobody remembers who got an offer.
Three steps it does for you
Checks the sources
Useme and Facebook groups every half hour, Oferia and the procurement bulletin several times a day. The account owner sets the groups, categories and CPV codes in the panel.
Rates every listing
An AI model reads the listing together with a description of your business. It says whether it fits, by what percentage and why, in one sentence. It filters out contractors who are only advertising.
Shows it and reminds you
A listing that fits lands in the panel and on Telegram. You rate it with a thumb, and the panel works out accuracy from your ratings. You move the lead into the pipeline and add a task or a date.
Everything that fits, in one place

You rate with a thumb, the panel works out accuracy
Every job shows its fit percentage, budget and description. Good or bad, one click. From your ratings the panel works out how many listings really fit, so you can see right away whether the source settings need a tweak.

Four sources, one panel
Useme
New jobs every half hour, with category, budget and the full brief. You set the fit threshold a job needs to trigger a notification.
Facebook groups
You list the groups where your clients hang out. SevenOS tells someone looking for a contractor apart from a contractor advertising.
Oferia
Jobs from the categories you pick, rated the same way as those from Useme.
Tenders picked by your CPV codes
Out of around 500 notices published across Poland on a working day, only those matching your settings stay. Every card shows the bid deadline, contracting authority, CPV codes, the contract value if given and one sentence on why the tender landed with you.
- CPV codes
- regions
- keywords and exclusions
- contract value range
- minimum days to the deadline

From enquiry to a won job in the same place
A lead that fits goes into the pipeline. You name the stages your way and drag cards along as the conversation moves on. You add a task and a date to the lead, so nothing gets lost between email and a notebook.
Pipeline
Your own stages, cards you drag with the mouse.
Tasks
Standalone or tied to a lead, with a due date.
Calendar
Dates and reminders in one view.
Team
Accounts for your staff, with access to selected sources only.

Modules we switch on when you need them
AI assistant
Ask about leads, tasks and meetings, and it answers from the data in the panel. It sums up the day and the week. You can talk to it.
SEO
Rankings, keywords, content suggestions and audits of your pages.
Google Business Profile
Details and hours, reviews with replies, posts, statistics and map rankings.
Facebook handling
Posts and replies to comments on your accounts. AI writes a draft, you approve it.
On your phone too
The panel works in the phone's browser. The bottom menu takes you to leads, tasks and the calendar, so you can rate a job between one meeting and the next.

Common questions
Does SevenOS answer jobs on its own?
No. SevenOS finds, rates and reminds. You write and send the offer, because you know what you have time for and at what price you will take the job.
How does SevenOS know what fits me?
From a description of your business that we agree at the start, and from the source settings: groups, categories, CPV codes and keywords. Every listing gets a percentage score and a one-sentence reason, so you can see right away why it landed in the panel.
Can I change the groups and CPV codes myself?
Yes. The account owner changes Facebook groups, categories, CPV codes, regions and keywords in the panel settings. No need to write to us.
Can my staff use the panel too?
Yes. The account owner creates accounts for staff and decides which sources and tools each of them sees. Every module can be view-only or editable, so for example the person handling tenders does not see jobs from Facebook.
How quickly will I hear about a new job?
Useme and Facebook groups are checked every half hour, Oferia and the procurement bulletin several times a day. A listing recognised as a lead lands in the panel right away. You get a Telegram notification for the ones above the fit threshold, which you set yourself.
How much does SevenOS cost?
We give the price after the demo. It depends on which sources and tools you switch on.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The panel works in the browser, on a computer and on a phone, at your company's address.
