What a Comarch Optima integration means

A Comarch Optima integration connects this system to other software a company already uses, an online store, a sales system, a WMS warehouse system, so data does not have to be entered separately in each one. We connect through the Comarch Optima API, the manufacturer's official interface for exchanging data with external software.

The most common flows are stock levels and pricing from Optima out to the store or sales system, and orders and sales documents from the store back into Optima as finished commercial documents.
