Q.1How does a rollout plan differ from a free call?
A free call is there for us to get to know each other and make an initial call on whether we're a fit. A rollout plan is real work. Five days in which we break your idea down into parts and set the scope, the risks, and a realistic plan. You walk away with something concrete, not generalities.
Q.2What do I get at the end?
A finished document. What exactly we're building, in what order, what the risks are, and what it costs and how long it takes, plus screen sketches. It's material you can take to us, to another team, or to your board to secure money. It's yours.
Q.3How much does a rollout plan cost?
3,000 PLN net for five days of work. If you start the project with us, that amount comes back in full and goes toward the total. In practice the plan costs you nothing if we go ahead.
Q.4And if after the plan I decide not to build, or not with you?
That's fine. The document you get is yours and you can do whatever you like with it, including handing it to another team. The plan is meant to give you clarity, not to tie you to us by force.
